Lath is so underrated. This ubiquitous building material comes in LARGE quantities out of most of our deconstructions. It is beautiful old-growth antique heart pine cut into 2" x 1/4" rough-sawn strips. It is amazing for crafting, and makes a brilliant cladding for walls, ceilings, backsplashes, bar fronts, and a bazillion other applications. For a really classy look, put it through the planer and expose the incredible wood grain. Bonus points for installing it in a herringbone pattern.
